Simon Says Stamp presents STAMPtember 2022

I was sent a stamp set and matching dies from the new release so I could create something unique to get you inspired. The set I received is called Say it in Spanish. This set has such a lovely font and it stamped so cleanly!
For my designs, I wanted to demonstrate how you can use any other stamp set in your stash and then just add these sentiments.

The big floral on this card is called Beautiful Flowers, also by Simon Says Stamp. I stamped the image in black pigment ink, added clear embossing powder and then heat dried it. I love the effect of it, so crisp and clean.
Then, I coloured the florals with Copics: BG10/15/18 & E70/74. With a white gel pen I added some highlights etc and finished off with a bit of bling. For the bold sentiment from the Say it in Spanish stamp set, I repeated the process of heat embossing.

For my second design I used another stamp and die set by Simon Says Stamp appropriately called You Have My Heart. I did the same heat embossing for the black outlines but also stamped and white heat embossed some elements on 40lb vellum. The Copic colours used here are: R29/39 & G21/94.
Just to add a little dimension, I dry embossed the Triangle Burst Medallion on the card panel before adding any of the elements. It's always worth remembering you can do this with your plates and dies if you don't have an embossing folder.
